Start Your Return

To return your clothing, a Return Authorization is required. Returns must be requested within 1-week of receiving the order. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned clothinges or you can choose a store credit with no restocking fee and an additional $10 bonus credit. You cannot stack bonus credit on one order or combine your store credit with any other coupon. YOUR STORE CREDIT EXPIRES IN 6-MONTHS FROM WHEN IT IS ISSUED TO YOU.

Please bear in mind that we do not profit from the restocking fee and it is solely to ensure our low prices. If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1-hour of having placed your order.

If you are purchasing more than 1 piece OR your order has a high order value, our customer experience team will be contacting you to confirm a restocking fee before shipping out your order. Because the order has multiple pieces and/or because the order contains high value items, the restocking fee will vary from the original 20%.

While most orders will fall under the default 20% restocking fee, there are some orders that may be subject to a higher restocking fee than normal due to the clothing being a special order. In either case, our customer experience team will reach out to you to confirm with you.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us. International orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us. Unless we sent you a wrong item or damaged your clothing, both SALE Items and International Orders cannot be returned.

International (Anything outside the U.S. or its territories) orders cannot be returned for an exchange or refund at this time. We will not accept them unless the wrong items were sent or we sent a damaged item. If we sent the wrong item or a damaged item, we will take them back and provide either a replacement or store credit with no restocking fee.

If you choose store credit at any point and you are provided a coupon code for store credit, whether through Re:Do or by a customer service representative, any purchase made with that store credit is considered FINAL SALE, and can no longer be returned for any reason unless that item was sent to you by us damaged or it was the wrong item. If that is the case, you will receive a replacement of the exact style, size and color. No exchanges or changes to a different style, size or color.
